Allok Video Joiner is a merger and a converter in just one tool! The possibilities are endless – input as many video files in as many different formats as you wish, select the video codec of the output file (it may be a completely different one) and let Video Joiner do all the transcoding for you. Merge and mix any AVI, MPEG, WMV or MOV file (to name a few) into any AVI, MPEG, WMV, FLV or MP4 video file, among others, and burn it directly to VCD, SVCD and DVD if you wish.
Though Alloksoft presents this software as a modest video merger, this incredibly simple tool integrates a number of tasks which traditionally required installing and using a dozen of different applications, each one based on a single video codec. The average video merger, or audio merger for that matter, will allow you to join different files provided they share the same codec. Allok Video Joiner does not care about how the files were encoded – if they fall into the list of supported formats, Video Joiner converts them into the desired output file and then sticks them together. As simple (and effective) as that. And with the speed and reliability well-known in Allok converters.
You can play with any or all of the following supported formats, for both the source and the output file – AVI, DivX, XviD, MPEG, WMV, MP4 and FLV. Other input files supported are ASF, RM, MOV, MKV and 3GP. The rest is the by-default functionality of Alloksoft’s family of video and audio converters, which allow you to trim any of your source files, define the aspect ratio and the volume level, the frame rate or the audio codec used for the output file. When burning to disc (VCD, SVCD or DVD) you can chose between PAL and NTSC, and you can always leave your DVD files in your computer as a VIDEO_TS folder for later use. CUE and BIN images of your VCD and SVCD discs are also an option. |
